We are seeking a proactive, self-starter
Executive Assistant
to join and partner with the Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory of Hologic. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities. This position will be based at our headquarters in Marlborough, MA.
Accountabilities
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for executives
Gather receipts and process expense reports
Schedule and participate in Leadership Team meetings
Schedule on and offsite meetings; order and set up catering for onsite meetings
Book conference rooms in advance of meetings and offices for employees attending meetings.
Draft and prepare executive announcements/communication
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person/phone, answering/directing inquiries
Strong collaboration with Hologic Executive Assistant team members
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; perform additional duties as assigned by executive
Ability to use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle Executive level matters
What do we expect?
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Concur and Oracle Business Systems
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings
Ability to travel
Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed
Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis
Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner
Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information
Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach
Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the SVP and other senior executives by maintaining effective relationships with interested parties
Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
The position requires onsite presence at our Marlborough, MA campus, Monday through Friday.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $80,400 to $125,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
