Insight Global is seeking a

Construction Safety Compliance Manager

in Los Angeles. This role involves providing

district-wide oversight of safety compliance

across multiple active construction sites supporting a higher education client. The responsibilities include ensuring that all construction activities adhere to OSHA regulations, Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) requirements, and Build LACCD safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

commercial construction safety , particularly in educational environments, and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The compensation rate ranges from

Workforce Privacy Policy . Minimum Requirements

7-10 years of commercial construction experience in the U.S. with a general contractor (GC). 5+ years of experience in California with a contractor or major subcontractor. Experience with demolition, renovation, and new construction projects. Experience working on OCIP programs and hazardous materials abatement/remediation. Current certification as an SMS, CHST, or CSMC. Strong experience managing field construction teams across multiple sites. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other construction software. Experience managing and reporting safety incidents in compliance with OSHA and Owner requirements. Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree in Construction Management, Safety Management, Safety Engineering, or related field. Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification. Current OSHA 500 Trainer certification. Additional safety/health certifications.
