We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate is responsible for reviewing requirements, developing test cases, validating functionality, and ensuring quality standards are met for mission-critical FAA systems. Working closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs. Responsibilities

Help ensure modernization initiatives and deployed solutions deliver on performance, compliance, and safety. Review business, technical, and system requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. Conduct manual and automated testing of applications, systems, and integrations. Validate that deliverables meet FAA functional, performance, and compliance requirements. Track, document, and manage defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with FAA quality standards, safety frameworks, and federal IT requirements. Maintain clear and accurate quality documentation, metrics, and reports. Participate in design reviews, readiness assessments, and test evaluations. Support audit-ready QA documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and QA best practices. Familiarity with defect tracking systems and root cause analysis. Experience executing and documenting manual and automated tests. Basic Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship Required. Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience or Masters degree and 10 years or Associate’s degree and 14 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing roles. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with test case management tools. Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications

Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience. Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE, or Certified Quality Analyst (CQA). Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or aviation-related systems. Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Background in performance/load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience with data validation, API testing, and database QA (SQL, Postman, etc.).
