OnPage Corporation
Marketing Associate (Full-Time)
OnPage Corporation, Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, 02254
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who’s creative, organized, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your main focus will be to own and grow OnPage’s social media presence, from creating engaging content to managing posts, tracking performance, and helping shape our brand voice online.
Beyond social, you’ll collaborate with the head of marketing on a variety of initiatives — from campaign planning and content creation to supporting email and web marketing projects. It’s a great opportunity to build a well-rounded marketing foundation while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow OnPage’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook). Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts that align with our brand tone and goals. Use Canva, Photoshop, and/or other video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar) to design visual content. Write short-form copy for social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and assist in execution across web, email, and SEO. Support demand generation activities such as landing page updates, email automation, and analytics tracking. Stay current on social and digital trends to bring fresh ideas to the team. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (internships count!). Strong writing and storytelling skills. Experience using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Passion for social media and digital marketing — you love experimenting with new formats and trends. Basic understanding of WordPress , SEO , or email marketing tools is a plus (not required). A self-starter who enjoys collaborating and thrives in a startup setting. Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll have the chance to own projects end-to-end and see your ideas come to life. Work directly with experienced marketers in a small, collaborative team that values creativity and growth.
