Uniform Attendant Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards – Atlanta, GA Company Overview Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards is an independent boutique hotel committed to delivering authentic hospitality and creating an environment where both guests and associates feel valued and inspired. Rooted in the spirit of Atlanta, we foster a workplace culture built on collaboration, integrity, and growth. Position Purpose The Uniform Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the professional appearance of our associates by ensuring that all uniforms are clean, well-presented, and properly issued. This position supports the overall efficiency of the Housekeeping and Laundry operations while upholding Hotel Phoenix’s high standards of care and presentation. Key Responsibilities • Receive, sort, and distribute associate uniforms in a timely and organized manner. • Ensure all uniforms are properly cleaned, pressed, and in excellent condition before issuance. • Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory, distribution, and returns. • Report any damaged or missing uniforms to management for repair or replacement. • Support the Laundry team with washing, drying, and pressing duties as needed. • Organize storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and cleanliness. • Assist with labeling and tracking new uniforms and associate fittings. • Maintain a neat, professional, and safe work environment at all times. Requirements • Previous experience in laundry, uniform, or housekeeping operations preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
