IT Technician Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards – Atlanta, GA Company Overview Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards is an independent boutique hotel committed to delivering authentic hospitality and creating an environment where both guests and associates feel valued and inspired. Position Purpose We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems. This role supports both guest-facing and back-of-house systems, maintaining connectivity, efficiency, and reliability throughout the property. Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site support for all computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to property management systems, POS, and guest internet access. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, inventory, and support activities. • Coordinate with third-party vendors for system maintenance or escalated technical support. • Support end users (both staff and management) with technology training and assistance. • Ensure all systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company and brand standards. Requirements • Associate degree or equivalent certification in Information Technology or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. • Working knowledge of networking, Microsoft systems, and hotel technology platforms (HMS, POS, Infor preferred). • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Availability for on-call support, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
