What You Will Do Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective recruiting strategies Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent acquisition plans that align with short- and long-term organizational goals Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, industry groups, job fairs, professional organizations and internal referrals Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination Partner with the Marketing team to identify new recruiting opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, metrics, and reporting in the applicant tracking system Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs through ongoing networking and relationship management Represent the company brand and culture in all interactions with candidates and external partners Collaborate with team members to support recruiting initiatives, employer branding efforts, and process improvements What You’ll Need Business Degree or equivalent and/or relevant experience Strong sourcing skills including but not limited to LinkedIn Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential Effective listening skills are needed Able to work independently as well as part of a team Must be self-motivated, persistent, and have the ability to prioritize workloads Strong networking skills are essential Technical skills and / or experience in the Technology world preferred A Day in the Life Energize your day with coffee, tea, juice, or soda.
