Construction Project Manager - Ground-Up Multi-Family (Block & Plank)

New York, NY | Full-Time | $150K-$200K + Bonus & Benefits

A leading NYC builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to run large-scale, ground-up block & plank multi-family projects. The role covers full project delivery - from preconstruction through TCO - with responsibility for field coordination, budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of multi-family projects, from shovel in the ground to turnover
• Drive subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and progress against the critical path
• Act as the main point of contact with ownership, design teams, and regulatory agencies
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site
• Lead final inspections, closeout, and project handover

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in NYC ground-up residential (block & plank)
• Successful track record delivering $20M-$200M+ projects
• Strong knowledge of DOB processes, codes, and construction sequencing
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• OSHA 30 required; additional safety credentials a plus
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
