Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager - Electrical Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects within the electrical sectors, with a focus on commercial, healthcare and tenant improvement (TI) projects. Key Responsibilities Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to prevent delays and cost overruns. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction and electrical projects. Strong knowledge of healthcare and commercial construction processes, regulations, and standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
