Details: Provide direct inpatient and outpatient care for patients with hematologic malignancies, including management of cellular therapy (e.g., CAR-T) and autologous/allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including transplant coordinators, nurse navigators, and specialty RNs to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
* FACT-accredited for autologous, allogeneic, and marrow transplants. * NMDP member institution. * Strong referral base across urban, suburban, and rural areas. * Epic EMR and advanced practice technology. * 1:1 RN coverage, transplant RN coordinators, and full clinical support staff. * Experience with CAR-T and immune effector cell therapies preferred, but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to collaborative patient care.
Credentials: Active California medical license. Board certification or eligibility in Hematology (and/or Medical Oncology). Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology with a focus on cellular therapy and/or stem cell transplantation.
