large, financially sound health system Associate Program Director – Rheumatology Fellowship ChristianaCare recently launched its
ACGME-accredited Rheumatology Fellowship Program , and we are seeking an academic clinician leader to help shape its success. The
Associate Program Director
will collaborate with the Program Director and faculty to support all aspects of the fellowship, including curriculum design, mentoring, and ACGME compliance. Highlights: Develop and implement curriculum for the new Rheumatology Fellowship Program Mentor and teach fellows, residents, and medical students Participate in quality improvement and scholarly activities Continue clinical practice within ChristianaCare’s rheumatology division Academic appointment and professional growth opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with annual bonus incentives Loan repayment eligibility (PSLF)
