Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Farmington, CT. Essential Responsibilities: With direction from product marketing, develop the 2026 digital marketing roadmap of campaigns for Modernization that contributes to overall (global and regional) business objectives/plan Understand and educate organization on which digital channels work best for target audience in Modernization Create digital marketing strategy for programs, sales releases, etc. within the overall Marketing Plan Responsible for pulling scrubbed email list with the OU/DM COE based on criteria established by Product Marketing Review incoming campaign brief proposals; evaluate and prioritize campaign in overall roadmap strategy given budget and resources Collaborate with Sales COE to implement a lead disposition process; monitor and report effectiveness to sales organization In partnership with Global Paid Media experts and Sales organization – forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs to stakeholders; partner with DM COE on paid media campaigns to execute programs Collaborate with MarComms and OU sales leaders to communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs (e.g. Sales Mail) Review campaign results in dashboards and suggest opportunities for improvement; develop pipeline acceleration continuously Coordination of campaign creative with Paid Media, MarComms and creative agency (e.g. EDI); including sharing best practices for target audience in Modernization Partner with Global DM Ops to ensure proper tracking in advance of and during campaigns Partner with Global and Digital Transformation team on content updates, as necessary Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 3+ years of relevant experience within the digital marketing area Digital Marketing Knowledge: understanding of digital marketing with specific focus on enhancing campaign effectiveness leveraging the latest digital marketing trends Project Management: background in overseeing projects, ensuring they align with the organization's goals Stakeholder Engagement: experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners Strategic Thinking: ability to develop and execute segment-level strategies aligned with organizational goals Technical Proficiency: familiarity with modern digital marketing trends and technologies Analytical Skills: capacity to assess current systems and identify areas for improvement through data-driven decision-making Communication Skills: strong ability to articulate strategic vision and initiatives to diverse audiences Agility and Adaptability: capability to pivot strategies based on changing business environments or emerging technologies The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
