Overview

At BAND, we sponsor and collaborate with diverse channels—including brands, media/influencers, organizations, events, professional groups, users, and more—to expand our reach and attract new customers.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Channel Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts by developing and executing channel‑specific content and campaigns for the BAND app, with the potential to support future services from NAVER U.Hub as needed.

In this role, you will play a key part in content creation, activation, and the execution of channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition and engagement across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy and Collaboration

Research and identify new channels to maximize audience reach and engagement.

Develop co‑marketing initiatives that support growth and brand visibility.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Channel Activation and Account Management

Develop and execute channel‑specific marketing programs to effectively educate channel audiences about BAND and drive adoption and engagement.

Create and implement BAND app rollout plans across partner organizations, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing usage of the app.

Monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics (e.g., sign‑ups, engagement, referrals), and regularly update the team and partners with insights and progress reports.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to channel partners, addressing any challenges, providing marketing support, and maintaining strong relationships to maximize impact.

Content Creation and Placement

Collaborate with the design team to produce channel‑optimized marketing assets, such as advertisements, presentations, educational content, in‑app posts, use cases, guides, scripts, videos, and other collateral.

Coordinate with channel partners to ensure content is published on schedule, analyze results, and optimize future efforts.

Event Representation and Lead Management

Attend and represent BAND at conferences, facilitating booth programs, presenting or coordinating speaking sessions, and engaging with target audiences.

Lead content manage pre‑ and post‑ event communication efforts related to event participation.

Follow up with leads after events, send emails, and host product demos as needed to maintain interest and build relationships.

Skills and Qualifications Content Creation and Communications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different channels.

Strong content creation skills, including messaging, copywriting, and visual execution.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Organizational, Analytical, and Problem‑Solving Skills

Highly detail‑oriented with minimal errors and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives and track campaign performance metrics.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in content creation and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar).

Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Google Docs, Slides, Excel).

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure campaign performance.

Strong understanding of content strategy and campaign management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in channel marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.

Experience in tech, account management, or growth‑oriented marketing roles is a plus.

Experience with event management and coordination is a plus.

Must be willing and able to travel and represent BAND at events and conferences.
