A leading global entertainment company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high‑level administrative support to Human Resources leadership. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR office, managing priorities, and supporting leadership in achieving strategic objectives across the Corporate segment.

Pay Range: $33 – $35/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to HR executives, managing complex calendars and scheduling needs.

Coordinate travel arrangements, multi‑city itineraries, and meeting logistics.

Prepare correspondence, reports, expense submissions, and purchase orders.

Serve as a liaison between HR leadership and internal business partners while maintaining confidentiality.

Assist with employee onboarding and act as a point of contact for administrative questions.

Organize internal and virtual meetings, including A/V setup and preparation of materials.

Support planning and execution of HR events, service recognitions, and offsite meetings.

Partner closely with other executive assistants to maintain alignment across teams and departments.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting Director‑level or senior executives in a corporate or entertainment setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, SharePoint, and Concur.

Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proven discretion in handling confidential information.

Collaborative, professional, and adaptable under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a large, publicly traded or global organization.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Information

Onsite Monday through Thursday at the Burbank Corporate HR office; remote on Fridays.

Occasional flexibility may be needed for events or project deadlines.

Reports directly to HR leadership within the Corporate segment.
