Role Summary This position is available from November 10, 2025 to February 13, 2026. The HR Administrator ensures adherence to HR policies and regulations while supporting employee onboarding, engagement, and development at the site level. The role collaborates closely with operational leaders and talent acquisition teams to facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, and various HR initiatives, serving as a liaison between leadership and employees.
Role Responsibilities
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and communicating with leaders throughout the process.
Manage pre‑ and post‑orientation tasks, including onboarding data management, I‑9 verification, and Kronos updates.
Provide frontline support to employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, My URBN, timekeeping, benefits, and pay.
Conduct floor walks frequently to engage with employees and address concerns in real‑time.
Monitor the HR drop‑box, manage the shared email inbox, and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
Organize and communicate associate and leadership engagement activities, including facilitating One URBN initiatives in partnership with HR generalists and the site operations administrator.
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee filing, managing site communications, and auditing/maintaining employee data and reports.
Monitor and manage the attendance phone line, sending daily attendance information to site leadership; conduct follow‑up on attendance discrepancies and track FMLA/medical absences.
Communicate with quarterly attendance qualifiers regarding clearance of points.
Update employee boards as needed to ensure employees are informed of relevant information and policy updates.
Stay current with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to all local, state, and federal legal requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Qualifications
18 years or older.
High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel, with working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications; experience with UKG/Kronos is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle highly confidential HR information with sensitivity and utmost accuracy.
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
