Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation: $20.15 - $25.52 per hour DOE. Hiring Process Under direction from the HR Director, the HR Recruiter administers the recruiting efforts of Wasatch Behavioral Health. This position acts as a point of contact for any questions related to the recruiting process from internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for day‑to‑day configuration and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the overall recruitment process.

The HR Recruiter collects the job applications in the ATS system and performs initial screening of applicant qualifications. The HR Recruiter coordinates internally with the hiring managers to interview the most qualified applicants for each posted position and works closely with the HR Director to ensure that applicants are offered wages and salaries consistent with the compensation practices of the organization. The HR Recruiter is responsible for creating and sending offer letters to selected candidates.

The HR Recruiter develops job postings, screening questions, and offer letter templates. The HR Recruiter performs data input and other clerical duties assigned by the Human Resource Director as necessary for the efficient operation of the Human Resource department and coordinates with other team members to offer a smooth transition from a job applicant to an employee beginning the onboarding process.

The HR Recruiter manages applicant and employee data through the ATS system and runs reports that evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting practices and provide recommendations for improvement.

The HR Recruiter attends career fairs and other community events to professionally represent the organization, educate and raise awareness for employment opportunities at Wasatch Behavioral Health, and create flyers and other materials to deliver to students and other interested job seekers.

Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school plus two (2) years of college‑level coursework, or one (1) year of specialized training in general office practices and procedures, PC operation and various software applications, and one (1) year of responsible experience related to the above duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and demonstrated software proficiency.

Salary: $20.15 - $25.52 per hour.
