Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$30–36 / hour DOE

Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative / Executive Assistant to provide critical support to two busy executives in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is tech‑savvy, and possesses outstanding communication and multitasking skills. This is a temporary position with an immediate start and a projected end date of January 31st.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for two executives
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including logistics for in‑person and virtual events
Prepare and edit documents using Google Suite, Adobe, and Canva
Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests
Support executives with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
Liaise with internal associates and external partners with professionalism
Attend meetings (via Zoom or onsite as required) and take detailed minutes
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience managing calendars and schedules for multiple leaders
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, Adobe, and Canva
Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
