Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, push, and onsite channels. Build and maintain onsite merchandising campaigns for the Canadian homepage and other branded destinations. Utilize
Content Symphony
and
JSON coding
to configure and optimize campaign content. Partner closely with design teams to manage creative assets for emails, push notifications, and onsite placements. Support organic social media activations in collaboration with agency partners. Report on campaign performance and progress toward goals for senior leadership. Edit and publish digital content through CMS platforms using HTML and XML. Contribute to the execution strategy for multi-channel merchandising roadmaps. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience executing digital or onsite marketing campaigns. Proven experience working in
Content Symphony
and
JSON coding
to build or update marketing content. Proficiency with Content Management Systems and basic HTML/XML editing. Strong writing skills for customer-facing, brand-aligned copy. Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookups, and data analysis). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale digital, email, or push marketing programs. Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and audience targeting. Experience with organic social media management and analytics tools. Tableau or other data visualization experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
