TPL Global is seeking a seasoned Compensation Program Manager on behalf of our client, a leader in high-performance computing. This is an exciting contract opportunity to support the execution of critical compensation programs within a dynamic and innovative environment.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise in compensation programs, and a proven ability to solve complex problems through data and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of major compensation programs, including annual cycles, Market Pricing, Pay Equity reviews, and M&A activities.
Assist the compensation team with ad hoc projects, complex financial modeling, and offer reviews.
Provide support to compensation analysts in their day-to-day activities, including offer analyses, compensation reviews, and auditing of dashboards.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of dedicated experience in compensation, total rewards, or a similar analytical role.
Proven experience designing or supporting salary structures, leveling frameworks, and managing salary planning cycles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience building financial/compensation models.
Hands-on experience with compensation platforms and HRIS is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and explain complex topics clearly.
