As a Local Marketing Strategist -Senior Associate on the Consumer Bank Marketing team, you will support Chase’s efforts to become the bank for all. Since 2018, we have opened more branches than any other major bank, with the goal of making banking accessible to 75% of the U.S. population within a short drive. We are proud to be the only bank with branches in all lower 48 states, including low-to-moderate income and rural areas. Each branch acts as a storefront for our full capabilities across banking, lending and wealth management. Job Responsibilities

Build and execute yearly local marketing plans to drive brand awareness, consideration, and branch traffic across legacy and expansion markets. Synthesize data and bring fresh ideas to inform strategy and activation through omni-channel tactics such as media, PR, sponsorships, and events. Project manage programs across the Local Marketing team, maintain budgets, and collaborate with key partners in Data & Analytics, Brand, Campaign Execution, Public Relations, Events, Internal Communications, and the Field. Assist with regular campaign reporting and prepare presentations for senior leadership readouts. Serve as the single point of contact for banker requests and inquiries, finding resources to troubleshoot problems and provide timely support for all incoming field requests. Act as a banker champion by building strong partnerships with the Field to ensure open and transparent communication. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong listening skills and collective problem-solving. Identify areas for process improvements and ways to gain efficiencies to make the team more productive. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline 3+ experience in marketing, communications and/or financial services field/sales Strong presentation, communication and writing skills; able to build a strong business case, present and defend ideas and constructively optimize feedback Highly self-motivated individual with a strong and creative solutions orientation; thinks outside the box and is able to flex and pivot as needed Superior project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills - relationship development and negotiating skills and ability to work across multiple lines of business with colleagues at all levels Thrive in a culture of innovation and collaboration
