Responsibilities
- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads products to and from specified destinations
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Participates and promotes growth incentives
- Performs daily inspections (DDVIR) of the truck and maintains it in excellent working condition
- Acts as a significant member of the service team
- Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
- Maintains compliance with all federal, state, DOT and company safety requirements
- On-call responsibilities required as the needs of the company necessitate out-of-hours work
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- Previous truck driving experience preferred
- Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage
- Physically able to lift 75 pounds and pull objects up to 125 pounds in all weather conditions
- Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier
Licenses & Certifications
- Class A or B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
