Responsibilities

• Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads products to and from specified destinations
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Participates and promotes growth incentives
• Performs daily inspections (DDVIR) of the truck and maintains it in excellent working condition
• Acts as a significant member of the service team
• Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
• Maintains compliance with all federal, state, DOT and company safety requirements
• On-call responsibilities required as the needs of the company necessitate out-of-hours work

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds and pull objects up to 125 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier

Licenses & Certifications

• Class A or B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
