  • \n
\n

Qualifications\n

    \n
  • 3–5 years of CNC programming experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or R&D environments
  • \n
  • Strong command of G-code/M-code, toolpaths, and fixture design
  • \n

  • \n
  • Ability to program complex geometries and work with tight tolerances (0.0001")
  • \n
  • Experience machining exotic materials (Titanium, Inconel, Stainless, etc.)
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Willingness to work closely with machinists and other departments to ensure success
  • \n
  • Familiarity with estimating, quoting, and lean manufacturing principles is a bonus
