We’re growing fast and looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, create, and manage campaigns while coordinating with external specialists (PPC, design, video) as needed.
You’ll report to the CEO and Marketing Director, working closely with Sales and Operations to grow visibility, generate inbound leads, and deliver campaigns that convert.

Role Overview We’re seeking a brand-first marketer who can own a single brand end-to-end—positioning, messaging, content, integrated campaigns, and analytics. You’ll manage the brand system, run webinars, and execute across channels to drive measurable pipeline growth in a scrappy startup environment.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Positioning: Define narrative, messaging pillars, visual consistency, and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Integrated Campaigns: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search/social, content, partnerships, PR, events) from brief → launch → post-mortem.
Content & Creative: Own the content calendar; brief/coordinate with design and video; ship landing pages, ads, decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
Webinars & Virtual Events: End-to-end ownership—topics, speakers, landing pages/registration, promotion, hosting/moderation, and post-event nurture.
Lifecycle/CRM: Build automated journeys and lead scoring in HubSpot/Go High Level (or similar) to convert and re-engage audiences.
Analytics & Reporting: Set goals, track performance, and optimize for CAC, MQL/SQL conversion, ROAS, and pipeline contribution; maintain dashboards and weekly reports.
Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales and Ops to align campaigns with pipeline needs; create enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, sequences).
Budget & Stack: Manage budgets; coordinate vendors; maintain a lean, effective marketing stack.
Compliance Mindset: Ensure content and workflows respect HIPAA and industry best practices.
Requirements 2–4+ years in brand/growth/marketing, including 2+ years owning marketing for a startup or early-stage business .
Proven ability to manage one brand end-to-end (strategy, content, paid/organic, email, site/LPs, analytics).
Hands-on webinar experience (planning, promotion, hosting, and follow-up).
Proficiency with modern tools: CRM/automation (HubSpot, Go High Level, Mailchimp), ads (Google, Meta/LinkedIn), GA4, and basic design/LP tools (Canva, Figma, Webflow/WordPress).
Strong copywriting and project management; data-driven and comfortable iterating quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: healthcare or professional services experience; SEO basics, light HTML/CSS, or video production chops.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 DOE + benefits
