Vice President Operations - Supply Chain

Lead a team to deliver the highest service level, lowest cost, and value-added services to our customers Provide operational execution excellence Develop warehousing and transportation strategy, organizational design, and long-term vision for the Retail product Maintain and report performance against key service metrics internally and externally Direct locations and create efficiencies in distribution and transportation costs Ensure distribution operations are effectively managed by maximizing utilization of available resources Deliver against financial targets and budgets Plan, build, maintain, and improve distribution tools to continually improve service excellence Develop and execute inventory management strategies that reduce costs Interface with customers to ensure effective visibility to the supply chain strategy and maintain strong working partnerships Establish critical performance metrics, proactively resolve problems, introduce best practices, and foster positive change Motivate staff to implement changes on a timely basis Manage performance, engagement, and career development of direct staff Consider tradeoffs including automation, locations, inventory management, and speed and cost of delivery Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, operations management, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience at large consumer, distribution, 3PL or retail company in supply chain leadership roles focusing on distribution and logistics Qualifications

Operates well at the strategic level and implements plans through tactical aspects Goal-oriented and perseveres to achieve positive results Leaders with instant credibility and motivates well-qualified individuals with diverse talents Excellent communication, energizes and motivates people Strong leadership skills with ability to build trust and execute with excellence Prioritizes and follows through to achieve results and meet deadlines Sense of urgency, high level of decisiveness, and personal initiative Exceptional communication skills at all levels Excellent interpersonal skills and builds effective working relationships at all levels Travel

Estimated at 50% to 60%. Compensation

Salary range: $210,000 - $230,000. Potential bonus and long-term incentive plan. Benefits
