$34.61 - $51.57 per hour Qualifications
Minimum of 4–7 years of system analysis and/or application support experience. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field, or an Associate degree plus five years of relevant experience. Experience with application configuration tools and evaluating end user information requirements. Experience recording, tracking, corresponding, and documenting resolution of user problems via problem reporting database software. Ability to develop technical documentation for training, software/hardware use, user procedures, and project deliverables. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Participate in requirements analysis sessions and develop design specifications for reports and application configuration. Develop workflow maps during process workflow sessions. Investigate user problems, identify source, perform troubleshooting and problem solving, determine possible solutions. Analyze user project proposals, identify potential problem areas, recommend optimum approaches. Identify tasks and levels of effort for implementation of solutions. Assist in system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for enhancements, new functionality, and upgrades. Report task activity and status to management. Identify, resolve, and escape project and operational issues. Provide information to education content developers to support training activities. Provide instruction to end-users.
