$82,000.00 - $164,000.00

Ready to put your experience to work on something that truly makes an impact? We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to lead the way on a cutting-edge new program, leveraging emerging technologies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

Perform as an architect to select and develop the right display solutions for on-going pursuits. This includes developing design approaches for display software solutions.

Develop product line roadmaps and influence new technology usage on executing programs.

Develop innovative design approaches that meet customer requirements, cost targets, and product line objectives.

Requirements, software, and test work, depending on program need.

Support teams of software and systems engineers to develop, integrate and release displays software products.

Primary displays technical points of contact for our programs.

Cost Account Management responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

Experience in a software engineering role.

Familiarity with Python scripting.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Earned Value Management Experience

Python, ADA or MATLAB Simulink Experience

Avionics experience (development or usage)

Software development or testing experience

AGILE development experience

DO-178 (or similar) certification-based development experience

Excellent, proactive, communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
