Built to streamline operations and improve customer relationships, the product empowers carriers to strengthen relationships while reducing costs and friction. What You’ll Do
Influence the Adjuster Experience by driving the roadmap and execution for core workflows that make adjusters more productive, clarify the next best action, and enhance policyholder delight. Support Supervisors & Admins by delivering intuitive management tools for templates, surveys, and notifications to help teams scale efficiently. Leverage GenAI solutions to reduce manual effort, summarize key actions, and improve adjuster and policyholder experiences. Speak directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and guide prioritization. Break down work for engineering teams, partner on execution, and lead QA across platforms—ensuring every change meets the high standards of adjusters and carriers. Manage open/closed betas, drive adoption, and collaborate with Support on bug triage and resolution. Partner with CSMs, Account Managers, and Support teams to maintain a strong pulse on customer needs and translate insights into actionable roadmaps. What We’re Looking For
4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in B2B or B2B2C settings. Consistently demonstrate strong QA practices, attention to detail, and accountability for delivering high‑quality, reliable user experiences. Write clear, detailed product requirements and partner with engineering on ticket creation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate tradeoffs, synthesize complexity, and align diverse stakeholders. Define and track success metrics, partnering with analytics to measure feature adoption and iterate based on data. Familiarity with structured rollout practices (closed/open betas, phased launches, change management). Proven ability to partner across Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Enablement teams to bring new features to market, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes for customers. Stay current on AI and GenAI trends and partner with engineering and design to experiment with new capabilities that can unlock value for adjusters and policyholders. Insurance or fintech SaaS experience is a plus but not required. Who We Are
