What you will be doing:
Lead the VAO as the center of excellence for transformation and growth.
Develop and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
Evaluate initiatives, build business cases, and ensure ROI.
Provide executives and the Board with clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
Oversee cross-functional programs and ensure delivery with measurable business impact.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and engagement around transformation.

What you need:
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in transformation leadership, strategy execution, or program and project management.
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to connect initiatives to shareholder value.
Expertise in ERP, BI, and data visualization tools.
Proven success presenting to and influencing executive teams and Boards.
High credibility, trusted advisor, and able to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Project management software.
