The General Manager reports to the Regional Vice President and oversees all aspects of daily operations for a high-profile tech company account. Responsibilities include operational excellence, superior food quality, and exceptional service. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage P&L, budgeting, HR functions, and client relationships in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for the account Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure service excellence Lead HR functions including hiring, training, counseling, and terminations Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staff development Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders Partner with the chef and management team on menu development and food quality Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred Minimum five years of foodservice operations experience Proven success in high‑volume production and catering Demonstrated financial management and budgeting experience Strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization Apply to Bon Appetit today!
