As a Talent Development Generalist (HR Generalist), you’ll keep our people programs accurate, compliant, and human…every single day.

What You’ll Do

Own HRIS accuracy (UKG): enter/activate new hires, validate comp/cost centers/supervisors/locations; process status and pay changes.

Benefits administration: support new-hire enrollments, eligibility, life events, vendor/broker coordination, and colleague questions.

Leave & compliance: administer FMLA, ADA, personal and protected leaves; coordinate return-to-work; maintain documentation and audit readiness.

Reporting & analytics: produce people metrics (turnover, headcount, leave, benefit utilization) and support dashboards for leadership.

Performance tracking: monitor 45/90-day and annual evaluations to completion.

Data integrity & audits: run routine audits to ensure clean, compliant HR data; partner closely with Payroll.

Colleague support: respond to HR/benefit inquiries, help drive engagement, recognition, and well-being communications.

Other operations: manage unemployment claim responses and hearing prep as needed.

What We’re Looking For Required:

Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s in HR/Business preferred).

2–3 years HR/Talent Development experience with benefits, leave (FMLA), and HR compliance exposure.

HRIS proficiency (UKG preferred); strong Excel and data accuracy skills.

Excellent communication, organization, confidentiality, and service mindset.

Preferred:

Healthcare or multi-site HR experience.

SHRM-CP/PHR certification.

Comfort improving workflows and using data to inform decisions.
