As a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include: Managing a High-Volume Caseload: oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict. Engaging with Clients: maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process. Conducting Key Litigation Activities: conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies. Advocating in Trials: serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients. What You Need
Legal Accumen: Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred Licensure: Active and in good standing with your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred. Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members. What You Get
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually, with the starting base for this early career position likely closer to $80-100k.
