Base pay: $27.00/hr – $31.00/hr. Total compensation may vary based on experience. Primary Responsibilities
Verify completeness of customer‑supplied PCA documentation. Generate pick‑and‑place (PnP) programs from CAD files. Program and run SMT machines (Yamaha YSM20, legacy, Fuji AMEX). Debug and update SMT programs. Inspect boards for component alignment, missing or damaged components, orientation, and solder joint quality. Create and update AOI programs (KohYoung, Photodynamics). Qualifications
At least 2 years of SMT programming experience. Familiarity with various CAD data formats (Gerber, ODB++, IPC). Experience operating PCB assembly, inspection, or test equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of electro‑static discharge precautions. Experience with electro‑mechanical SMT components. Job Type
