Senior Market Analyst
to join our rapidly growing team in
Washington DC

Costa Mesa, CA . In this role, you will conduct international market analysis to support capture and product campaigns, act as Anduril’s expert on global defense companies—including key international primes and small and medium enterprises—and collaborate across Corporate Development and Business Operations to bring new projects and collaborations to life. You will synthesize complex market data to drive actionable insights on product and partnership strategies.
What You’ll Do
Conduct international market analyses to support targeted capture and inform product campaigns, interpreting data and developing narratives around market creation for emerging products.
Act as Anduril’s expert on global defense companies; analyze market nuances to inform decisions on partnerships and recommend value‑creating collaborations.
Serve as the global defense lead to interface with corporate development, legal teams, and divisions, helping shape deal contours and formalize agreements while evaluating agreement paths.
Produce high‑quality presentation and memo materials for executive and working‑level audiences, track deal progress weekly, and summarize outcomes into work products for internal stakeholders.
Engage with colleagues across hardware and software engineering, supply chain & manufacturing, finance, business development, government relations, and more to deepen understanding of Anduril’s business.
Required Qualifications
Strategic thinker with deep understanding of global defense markets and competitive dynamics.
Self‑driven and relentlessly proactive; no need for constant direction.
Strong analytical aptitude and ability to execute analyses quickly.
Passionate about identifying and prioritizing high‑impact partnerships through rigorous analytical frameworks and cross‑functional collaboration.
Comfortable communicating broadly and to senior leadership.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export‑controlled information or facility access.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Qualifications
Completed an MBA or technical degree.
Past experience at a tech or finance company.
Experience developing financial and valuation models.
Prior experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, or equity research.
US Salary Range $146,000—$220,000 USD
