Manager, Visual Merchandising - Williams Sonoma
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Visual Merchandising Manager to lead visual operations for our Williams Sonoma brand. This role is pivotal in driving brand consistency, elevating in‑store presentation, and supporting key retail initiatives including seasonal floorsets, new store openings, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Lead visual execution across all store tiers to ensure elevated presentation and brand alignment.
Partner with Store Operations to integrate visual and logistical goals.
Own and manage the visual merchandising calendar, including floorsets and campaign launches.
Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and field teams to ensure alignment and feedback flow, including District Managers and District Visual Managers.
Drive visual strategy and execution for new store openings, including mapping and optimizing floor plans.
Lead operational and tactile calls with cross‑functional teams.
Travel on site to new store opening locations to ensure successful opening and new store teams are set up for success.
Lead special projects that enhance brand storytelling and customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally across multi‑tier or global retail environments.
Strong understanding of store operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills.
Ability to lead with clarity, assertiveness, and strategic foresight.
Passion for elevating brand presentation and customer experience.
