About the Role EnTech is hiring a
SharePoint & Power BI Developer
to lead the development of our client‑facing portal and data visualization tools. This role requires expertise in SharePoint Online and Power BI (including Report Server) to enhance collaboration, document management, and real‑time insights for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities SharePoint
Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions tailored to client and team collaboration
Build secure document libraries, modern sites, workflows, and web parts
Integrate with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
Configure access controls and security groups using Azure AD and SharePoint permissions
Provide end‑user documentation and training materials
Power BI
Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI Desktop and deploy them to Power BI Report Server
Build and manage secure, role‑based reports for internal departments
Automate data refreshes and improve the performance of existing reports
Work with SQL Server, SharePoint lists, and other data sources for report creation
Help establish Power BI governance standards and publishing workflows
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online in a design/development role
Hands‑on experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power BI Report Server
Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists
Understanding of security, permissions, and site architecture within Microsoft 365
Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to build intuitive portal experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying and maintaining Power BI Report Server in on‑premises or hybrid environments
Working knowledge of SPFx, JSON formatting, and front‑end customization
Familiarity with SQL, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams integration
Experience in AEC or engineering project environments is a strong plus
Microsoft certifications (PL‑300, MS‑600, PL‑900, etc.) are a bonus
$95,000 - $120,000
