In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Virtual, customer-facing role: use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers. Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Expected Base Pay Range for this position: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50 Southern California $28.80 - $36.50 Colorado $27.50 - $34.80 Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50 Illinois $27.50 - $34.80 Maryland $27.50 - $34.80 Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50 Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30 New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50 New York $28.80 - $36.50 Ohio $24.80 - $30.30 Vermont $27.50 - $34.80 Washington $28.80 - $36.50 Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
