Junior Account Executive (New Business)

As an entry‑level Junior Account Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth of our company by being the face of our brand and the driving force behind our sales efforts. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to final close, and will be the first point of contact for potential clients. This means you will identify and nurture leads, build relationships, and ultimately close deals.
In addition to new‑business responsibilities, you will support retention and renewals, ensuring that our current clients are satisfied with our content‑marketing services and continue to do business with us. You will have freedom and ownership of a specific section of our business, learning about media, the sales process, marketing, and more.

Compensation
Salary: $45,000 to $50,000, OTE $75,000 – $80,000+ (uncapped earning potential)
Hybrid working from our office in Downtown Washington DC
