Overview of Role The Financial Services Marketing Director works closely with sector partners to build comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies, lead global programs, and collaborate with regional marketers. The role supports brand building, lead generation, and sales enablement. It requires strategic thinking, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate sector marketing strategies and plans to support overall FS growth.

Develop omni‑channel campaigns, digital tactics, and achieve engagement and lead generation goals.

Work with partners to define a content strategy and deliver quality assets across sub‑sectors.

Build cross‑functional sector plans that drive high‑impact priorities.

Craft compelling value propositions and storylines for GTM activities.

Use data‑driven approaches to measure, analyze, and synthesize insights.

Recognize risks to the GTM strategy and develop mitigation countermeasures.

Share updates with leadership regularly.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B services marketing, with professional services expertise preferred.

Prior FS industry marketing experience, either with a financial services company or a professional services firm strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field.

Strategic thinker with analytical, proactive, and client‑focused mindset.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to architect and deliver high‑performing programs, campaigns, or initiatives.

Ability to influence, lead, and guide internal stakeholders.

Excellent project management and organization.

Customer service mindset with sense of urgency.

Strong collaboration skills and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft applications and Salesforce CRM.

In New York the base salary is between $175,000 - $225,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
