Role Description The Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that connect directly to Relativity’s core software platforms. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable building scalable applications that perform in demanding real-world environments.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain
cross-platform Flutter applications
for iOS and Android.
Implement
clean, efficient, and reusable code
using best practices in architecture and design.
Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, real-time data, and secure communication protocols.
Design and refine
modern user interfaces
aligned with Relativity’s design standards.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay current with new frameworks, libraries, and Flutter ecosystem updates.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience
in Flutter and Dart.
Proven experience with
RESTful APIs
and
WebSockets .
Familiarity with
CI/CD workflows
and
Git version control .
Strong understanding of
mobile performance optimization
and
state management .
Ability to translate UI/UX concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces.
Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the
App Store
and
Google Play .
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Firebase ,
Graph , or
AWS .
Understanding of
offline-first data architecture
and secure storage.
Experience with
public safety, defense, or logistics applications
is a plus.
Strong visual sense for
design, layout, and usability .
Background in police, public safety, or government technology.
Familiarity with CJIS, FedRAMP/ITAR compliance.
