Responsibilities
Guide and mentor peers in design and implementation decisions.
Collaborate to design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Design, develop, test, and implement availability, reliability, and scalability solutions.
Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code.
Resolve complex problems with technical experts and stakeholders.
Use service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before customer impact.
Advocate site reliability engineering best practices within your team.
Required Qualifications
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience.
Strong understanding of site reliability culture and principles.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java/Spring Boot, .Net).
Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
Familiarity with container and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Familiarity with networking technologies and troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate clearly in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive recognition of road blocks and eagerness to learn.
Insight into new technologies to meet design constraints.
Initiative to solve business problems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
