Integration Manager – Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
12+ month contract (W2 ONLY, NO C-C).
Overview Seeking an experienced Integration Manager to oversee the operation of multiple integration platforms and ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions that support data transformation, system connectivity, and secure transaction processing across enterprise and external systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical insight, and collaboration across architecture, development, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions across middleware, ETL, B2B integration, file transfer, API management, and reporting platforms.
Manage the production operations of integration environments, ensuring uptime, stability, and data integrity.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for integration technologies, scheduling upgrades to prevent vendor support gaps and address vulnerabilities.
Partner with enterprise architects to align integration solutions and technology strategies with organizational goals.
Support incident response and coordinate rapid resolution of production issues, communicating impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and develop corrective action plans.
Collaborate with vendor management and procurement teams to manage software licensing, renewals, and cost optimization.
Assist project managers with budget oversight (CAPEX) and integration project execution.
Work with both onshore and offshore Agile teams including developers, analysts, and project managers.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to understand project scope, identify dependencies, and manage related risks.
Promote team collaboration and process improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Develop and report on performance metrics for integration platforms, adjusting quarterly for continuous optimization.
Engage with stakeholders to assess future integration needs and develop long‑term integration strategies.
Manage vendor relationships and elevate complex issues as needed.
Stay current on industry standards, best practices, and emerging integration technologies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in technology.
At least 5 years of experience working with integration technologies (middleware, ETL, B2B, EDI, file transfer) and leading teams in complex enterprise environments.
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and work with third‑party vendors to deliver solutions.
Skilled at setting measurable goals, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable to best practices.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
Understanding of relational databases and DevOps principles.
Proven success overseeing design, development, testing, and implementation of reliable integration solutions.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands‑on experience with Agile tools and practices (Kanban, sprints, stand‑ups).
Strong project management background.
Experience with operational support, incident management, and service recovery.
Estimated Min Rate $66.50 – $95.00 per hour
