Responsibilities
Take good care of our members because they are everything to us! You will be the first friendly face people see when they walk into the branch and part of this role is proactively and professionally acknowledging anyone who enters the branch. Balance checks and cash drawer. Accurately process routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc. Research and resolve member inquiries related to their accounts. Cross‑sell (don’t worry, only services that would benefit our members) and track products and services referred or sold. Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges. Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months in the retail and/or service industry or 6 months in a financial institution, working in a branch environment. Basic computer skills. Accurate cash handling preferred. Strong listening, verbal communication, time management and organizational skills required. Ability to actively cross‑sell products & services preferred. Able to maintain confidentiality of member information. Benefits

$20.00 - $23.00 an hour, plus incentives
Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
