Telehealth Nurse – Emerson Health
Reporting to the Associate Director of Home Care and is responsible for the oversight of the Telemedicine program; this includes patient monitoring, scheduling, education, marketing, analysis of program data and expansion of telehealth, internally and externally to Emerson Home Care. The Cardiac Program Specialist works closely with the Home Care staff, physicians, referral sources and community groups. Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Experience: Prefer at least 3 years of clinical experience in cardiac and respiratory care Licensure and/or Certification: Current and valid licensure to practice Nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Valid and unrestricted driver’s license recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and access to a reliable, insured vehicle required.
