Assistant Director Of Nursing
RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Massachusetts.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing and long-term care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing overall operations of the Nursing Department.
Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Supervise and evaluate performance of nursing staff.
Assist in development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
Coordinate and manage nursing care plans and assessments.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Participate in recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families.
Oversee accurate and complete resident records.
