How You’ll Make an Impact The Senior Director, Delivery Operations is a critical leader within Epsilon’s retail media organization, responsible for overseeing the execution of omni‑channel advertising campaigns and driving operational excellence across the Ad Operations function. This role will lead the Media Delivery team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution of campaigns that align with both client expectations and internal business goals.

Overview As a key member of the team, you will optimize delivery processes, guide strategic execution, and foster cross‑functional alignment to support Epsilon’s continued growth in the retail media space.

What You’ll Achieve

Oversee daily workflows across the client delivery and ad operations teams.

Implement scalable processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Align operations with organizational goals by partnering with leadership and other functional groups.

Support internal training and documentation initiatives to ensure consistent knowledge and execution standards.

Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support new client onboarding and campaign execution.

Manage staffing needs, budgeting, and resource planning for the team.

Interview, hire, and train management‑level staff in the department.

Provide constructive, timely performance evaluations.

Manage employee field and termination following company policy.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Who You Are

Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

Proven leadership experience managing teams in an ad tech, media, or digital marketing environment.

Familiarity with retail media platforms, programmatic advertising, or performance‑based media.

Highly organized, diligent, and with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing without direct authority.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools and ad ops platforms is a plus.

Additional qualifications (nice to have):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7–10 years of relevant industry experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or operations role.

MBA or additional certifications are a plus, but not required.
