Shibusa Systems
is dedicated to empowering local builders to maximize their success in providing attainable, high‑quality, resilient, and healthy homes for the “missing middle” — first responders, teachers, hospitality, agricultural workers, and more. As the first systems‑thinking approach to solving the housing crisis, we combine technology, advanced design, digital fabrication, and integrated data to transform how homes are designed, built, and delivered. Imagine a world where economical and resilient high-performance homes can be built in days in any location by anyone.
Lead the change. Join Shibusa as our BIM/VDC Manager and shape the future of construction tech. You will play a key role in driving Shibusa’s product vision to reality. Working at the intersection of residential construction industry needs and tech innovation, you will collaborate with internal design teams, external consultants, and construction partners to create and deliver a roadmap that ensures our products deliver real impact to our customers.
We want a strategic thinker, a tech-savvy collaborator, and a team leader who lives and breathes BIM. If you're ready to own the digital thread from concept to construction, let’s talk.
