Hopper Technology Solutions is looking for a passionate and scrappy Senior Product Manager with experience building and launching new products in the B2B space. Product Managers at Hopper are “smart creatives” that will take Hopper from an innovative startup to being the global leader in the travel industry. As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of development, data, and user experience. What Would Your Day-to-day Look Like
Manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation and analysis Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve for users, partnering with business leaders to shape and drive business cases for product features Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical complexities, user needs, and desired outcomes Validate product-market fit through data-driven approaches and collaborate closely with data analysts to understand user behavior Pare down an ideal feature to the minimum viable product, identifying what is essential for us to know if this is a good idea and how to limit cost and risk Work closely with our B2B partners to develop world-class solutions An ideal candidate has:
Extensive experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2B2C setting Proven track record of building and launching impactful products from the ground up (zero-to-one experience) Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret information to inform decision-making Scrappy and resourceful, able to thrive in an environment with limited resources User-centric approach and passion for building products that solve real problems Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Prioritize effectively, manage roadmaps, and drive execution Agile thinker who can pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Perks And Benefits Of Working With Us
