Work closely with Business Partners to define product vision and break it into actionable backlog. Collaborate with product team to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Act as central communication hub, ensuring stakeholders are aligned. Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps and manage backlogs. Define and monitor KPIs to inform strategic decisions. Prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences. Facilitate intake and refinement of feature requests, coordinate standups and planning across multiple product teams. Qualifications
8+ years experience in product management and release management. Strong experience with Jira, Scrum or Kanban, sprint planning, user story creation. Skills: Product management, release management, technical communication, troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, ability to lead prioritization of backlog with business and dev teams. Strong collaboration and problem solving skills. Experience delivering releases with production and ongoing support of production applications. Curious about new technologies, strong desire to learn. Preferred Experience
PostgreSQL, Test Automation, Data Analysis, Data Architecture, Cyber Security. Education Required
