Overview

Director Business Development for the Facility Services (FAS) group is responsible for co‑developing and executing the FAS BD/Sales strategy with an emphasis on business development, pipeline management and leading the tier one key account management programs. The role measures and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regional FAS business, focusing on return‑on‑investment parameters, win and capture rates, and efficient expenditure of BD funds. The candidate develops and maintains tier one Key Account FAS customers and regional customers through ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Develop overall strategy for business development and sales in partnership with the Vice President, Facility Services. Execute short‑term and long‑term business goals aligned with Corporate Planning and reviewed quarterly. Identify key targets and develop strategies to convert to BPES clients. Maintain robust sales funnel reported weekly via Business Development Report and documented in Salesforce. Create and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and cross‑promote other business lines. Follow up on bids, close opportunities, conduct post‑mortem on lost bids, and evaluate strategy adjustments. Develop trusted partner relationships through strong customer‑service orientation. Communicate internally and externally effectively in oral and written form. Monitor strict adherence to the sales platform; quickly engage to fix non‑compliance while ensuring BD KPIs are managed and achieved. Lead and primarily responsible for growing the FAS business line. Coordinate with FAS Leadership to ensure resources are allocated appropriately to success throughout the lifecycle of the engagement. Collaborate with marketing departments and resources to keep business development and sales collateral regularly updated, aligning messaging and brand for proposals, presentations, professional conferences, and other engagements. Lead SMEs to develop and implement client solutions and strategies encompassing new and cutting‑edge technologies, alternate go‑to‑market services, and alternate business models. Establish rapport with global team by reflecting vision, building consensus, and encouraging progress. Show initiative, commitment, courage, and accountability to commitments. Lead proposal development and coordinate with Exentec Business Line Leads to develop proposal materials in partnership with planning, estimating, operations staff, and inside sales teams. Represent the company at key industry functions and networks. Frequent travel required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field required. 15+ years of experience. Prior experience in Facility Operations – Semiconductor, BLS or Data Centers required; construction and/or engineering industry experience a plus. Prior sales leadership experience required. Preferred

Results driven with proven sales track record in Facility Services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Deep knowledge of Semiconductor, BLS or Data Center sectors. Self‑starter with innate sales orientation, optimism, and drive. Hands‑on approach with strong commitment to customer service, collaboration and continuous improvement. Effective people leader with experience managing diverse multidisciplinary teams to deliver tasks within demanding timescales. Results driven with solution‑oriented bias. Effective oral and written communication. Must be able to travel regionally and internationally; business travel 21‑50%. EEO & Contact
