Location & Shift San Antonio, TX
Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (hours may change).
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strategic Leadership
– Provide direction and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.
Operational Oversight
– Manage the Branch and any satellite projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
Staff Management
– Maintain staffing levels, coach, reward, and manage performance for hourly and salaried positions.
Business Planning
– Direct planning, budgeting, and reporting to Regional Operations and General Managers.
Vendor/Contractor Collaboration
– Work with vendors and independent contractors to meet operating agreements.
Qualifications
– GED/Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or preferred.
Experience
– Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar industry; 6 years overall experience; last‑mile delivery or small parcel experience highly desired.
Skillset
– Strong negotiation, organization, time‑management, and MS Office proficiency.
